Secure Support Pty Ltd (“Secure Support”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and store it, and how you can access it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Information we collect
We collect only the personal information we need to provide and improve your supports: for example your name, contact details, the supports you're interested in, and any information you choose to share with us when you enquire or receive services.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver your supports, keep in touch with you, meet our legal and NDIS obligations, and improve the quality of our services. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes.
Storing and protecting your information
We store your personal information securely and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Only the people who need your information to support you can access it. We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide your supports and to meet our legal obligations, and we securely dispose of it when it is no longer required.
Sharing your information
We do not share your personal information without your consent, except where disclosure is required or authorised by law, or is necessary to prevent a serious risk to someone's safety. Where you ask us to work with other people involved in your supports, such as a plan manager, support coordinator, family member or advocate, we will only share what's needed, with your consent.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it's wrong or out of date. Just get in touch and we'll help. There's no charge to ask.
Our website and enquiry form
When you use our enquiry form, we collect the details you provide so we can respond to you. We ask you not to include health records or NDIS plan details in the form. We'll talk through anything sensitive with you directly. Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
