Some people want to be out most days. Others prefer one quiet outing a week to start with. Both are perfectly good. We follow your lead, notice what you enjoy, and adjust as your confidence grows.
Nothing is decided for you. We start with what interests you, and if you are not sure, we try a few things together until something clicks.

Yes. This is your time and your choice. You decide what you want to do, how often and at what pace. We are there to make it easier and safer, not to run the day for you. If you would rather ease in gently, that is completely fine.
Yes. Getting there is often the hardest part, so we can support you with travel and transport to and from your activities. See our travel and transport page, or tell us where you would like to go and we will help you plan it.
We are based near Ballarat and support people across Ballarat and surrounding areas in regional Victoria, including suburbs such as Wendouree, Sebastopol, Delacombe and Alfredton. Contact us to check your area.
